1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between GoRev (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and users (“User”, “you”) of the Premium Portal available at https://gorev.vip/.

By purchasing access to our Premium Portal, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

GoRev provides paid access to exclusive digital content, including images and videos, via a Premium Portal.

Access is granted after successful payment confirmation and is limited to personal, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right to modify, update, restrict, or remove content at any time without prior notice.

3. Age Restriction (18+)

By purchasing access, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.

4. Account & Access

  • Sharing, reselling, or transferring access is strictly prohibited.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Access is granted per user and may not be used simultaneously across multiple unauthorized devices.

5. Subscription & Billing

5.1 Subscription Models

We offer different subscription models, including:

  • Yearly subscription
  • Alternative billing structures depending on the selected payment method

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to automatic recurring billing according to the selected plan.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue.

6. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • Cryptocurrency payments
  • Stripe (credit/debit card and supported methods)
  • Additional payment methods may be added in the future

Access is granted only after successful and confirmed payment.

For cryptocurrency transactions, confirmations on the blockchain are required before access is activated.

7. Strict No Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Due to the digital nature of the content provided, we operate a strict no refund policy.

  • No refunds
  • No partial refunds
  • No chargeback acceptance
  • No cancellation refunds

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that:

  • You waive your statutory right of withdrawal where legally applicable to digital content once access has been granted.
  • You understand that access is provided immediately after payment confirmation.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Gorev.vip, including but not limited to:

  • Images
  • Videos
  • Text
  • Branding
  • Logos

is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

  • Download
  • Record
  • Screenshot
  • Distribute
  • Reproduce
  • Resell
  • Share

any content from the Premium Portal.

Violations may result in immediate termination and legal prosecution.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Share login credentials
  • Circumvent security systems
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automation
  • Attempt hacking or unauthorized access
  • Redistribute any content

10. Technical Availability

We strive to ensure continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Temporary downtime due to maintenance, hosting issues (including servers located in the Netherlands), or technical factors does not entitle users to refunds or compensation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under German law:

GoRev shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Service interruptions beyond our control

Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent payment behavior
  • Chargebacks
  • Content misuse

No refunds will be granted in such cases.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, shall be the registered seat of GoRev.

14. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
